The Apprenticeship Tax
Training and professional integration of young people may be of interest to you. Your company or your network can support our mission. You know that the Saint Louis School Group offers qualifying training programs in commerce, sales, reception, photography, and arts and crafts related to visual communication.
Our school programs are eligible for apprenticeship tax contributions. Widely connected to the region thanks to the specific nature of some programs, the high school mainly welcomes young people seeking training to work in local businesses.
To maintain high-level training, we need to invest in renewing and maintaining an increasingly large and costly set of equipment. Together, we can adapt our teaching to real professional environments and thus promote our students’ integration into the local job market.
Rules for allocating the Apprenticeship Tax.
The apprenticeship tax rate is 0.68% of the payroll.
The apprenticeship tax consists of:
• a portion equal to 87% of the tax intended to finance apprenticeships,
• a portion equal to 13% (balance) intended for expenses directly paid by the employer.
You are responsible for a company, or you work for a company that is legally required to pay this contribution.
By choosing to allocate, or have allocated, to our high school at least 13% of the apprenticeship tax, you support our ongoing effort to make our teaching as close as possible to real professional conditions.
To make your contribution:
• fill out the payment form available here: APPRENTICESHIP TAX PAYMENT FORM 2022
Then:
• write a cheque payable to OGEC SAINT LOUIS and send the payment form by email: comptabilite.general@saintlouis-carcassonne.eu or by mail to OGEC SAINT LOUIS, Ensemble Scolaire Saint Louis, 77 rue Aimé Ramond, 11000 Carcassonne (include your payment if paying by cheque).
